These sessions are designed to be practical, respectful and confidential. You do not need to arrive with everything neatly worked out. Bring the issue, opportunity or knot you’re sitting with, and we’ll work through it together.

Exploratory Chat
10 minutes online, free initial conversation
Use this option if you’re not sure which session is right for you, or want to check whether Sara can help before booking a paid session. This is a short introductory call, not an advice session.

A focused conversation to use Sara as a sounding board, test an idea, get quick mentoring input or have an initial discussion.

A deeper session for a specific decision, opportunity, professional challenge or tricky conversation. Includes a short intake form so we can focus on the outcome you need.

In-person, Sydney CBD
Meet Sara in person for a focused conversation about a decision, opportunity, professional challenge or next step. You can book different lengths of time depending on what you need. Includes a short intake form so we can focus on the outcome you want.
Dates: Wednesdays, 10am to 5pm or other times subject to availability
Price: $150 for 30 minutes | $225 for 45 minutes | $300 for 60 minutes | $450 for 90 minutes
Launch rates are available while Decision Tools is getting started, to make these sessions accessible to people working through career changes and uncertainty about the future.
